Shipping

• All orders are packaged and shipped from Buffalo, MN five days a week.
• BOLD isn't responsible for delayed transit times out of our control.
• All U.S. orders over $75 ship free.
• Shipping is determined by the weight of an order.
• We sure hope this never happens.. we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once declared "Delivered."

Returns

We hope you love your order but understand if it wasn't what you were hoping for!

• Purchases may be returned within 30 days if item(s) have not been worn, washed, or show signs of wear.
• We are not able to process refunds but are happy to help you find an item to exchange.
• If you need a different size that isn't in stock, we will issue store credit.
• If you exchange for a higher valued item we will invoice the difference.
• The customer is responsible for shipping of all returns and exchanges and original shipping is non-refundable.
• Please send your return with a note mentioning why you're returning and what item/size you would like in exchange.
• We will ship your exchange to you at no additional cost.
